Our crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside bubble waffles are made to order and the mix is made by hand at our factory in Ballito. These gorgeous creations are designed to be served like a cone, but lots of our customers opt to eat them on a plate instead.
Choose from one of our classic or gourmet waffles, each topped with mini scoops of our delicious ice creams and sorbets.

Our favourites are Chocolate and Strawberry – waffle topped with a scoop each of 70% chocolate and strawberry sorbet, drizzled with chocolate sauce and finished with crisp chocolate pearls.

If you haven’t tried our Indian Summer ice cream, here’s the perfect opportunity for you to do it –
Our Indian Summer waffle is topped with 2 mini scoops of Indian Summer ice cream (cardamom infused ice cream, with pistachios and almonds mixed through after churning.) Drizzled with chocolate sauce and finished with pistachios and almonds. YUM!!

Our gourmet milkshakes are made using Scoop ice cream and blended with a little milk and finished with cream. Who can resist one of those on a hot Durban day?

If your prefer something a little less decadent, our classic shakes are made using our specially developed milkshake ice cream and use Monin syrups to add flavour.

Our vanilla sugar cones are hand made daily in our factory in Ballito and are beautifully crunchy and crispy. You can even take them home in packs of 8 and are available plain or dipped in chocolate and sprinkles.

If you feel like a cup of coffee while you are with us, we feel we serve some of the best cappuccinos in Ballito. We work with Steampunk Coffee based in KZN Midlands because we believe in their ethics and love their medium roast coffee.
